Approval queue
Items with a status of Pending or Changes, most time sensitive first. Pending means we are waiting on your first response. Changes means you asked for edits and the revision is back for review.

What each response does
- Approve
- The item moves to production or the rollout with the date shown. No further review.
- Request changes
- It goes back to Nina with your notes. One consolidated message keeps the two day turnaround.
- Ask a question
- Maya answers within one business day, then the item returns here for your response.
Feedback rules
| Rule | What it means | Why |
|---|---|---|
| One consolidated message | Send all feedback on an item together | Each new note restarts the turnaround |
| Name the reason, not only the fix | "The origin panel hides the farm name" beats "move this" | Nina fixes the actual problem |
| One final approver | Leo Martin gives final sign off for Luma | No conflicting approvals on the same file |
| Scope changes go through the brief | A new direction, like the late third route, is priced separately | Keeps the queue about review |
| Silence is not approval | An item left past its date slips, it does not auto approve | Nothing prints that Leo has not seen |
